Delivery

At Os Frisørartikler, we offer free shipping with UPS on purchases of at least €100.

We always strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. If you order before 15:00, we will typically ship your order the same day. You can generally expect a delivery time of 2–3 business days throughout Europe; however, delivery times for special products may be longer.

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

• DHL Connect Homedelivery €9.99  - Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.
• DHL Connect Droppoint €9.99 - Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.

Returns and cancellation

Right of withdrawal:

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when shopping with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one purchase but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the agreement concerns regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

This means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to our support team (you will find the email at the bottom of our terms and conditions) or use the standard cancellation form, which is also available at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.

Partial cancellation:

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you may return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns:

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

Some items cannot be returned by regular post. This applies to: Furniture/fixtures.
The cost of returning these items is expected to be no more than: €150.
